Hanna Brinnier, LMSW

As your therapist, I won’t typically provide you with advice or a solution, but rather help you gain insight about yourself and the world around you, which will help you understand yourself more deeply. Together, as a team, we will look for themes, patterns, as well as the challenges in your life that may cause frequent feelings of inadequacy, shame, depression, frustration, and anxiety.

I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from the University at Albany in 2021. Over the years, I have worked alongside adolescents and adults. I believe in using a variety of client-centered approaches to achieve your goals in a way that’s unique to you.
